You can use your e-gift card to make a full or part payment for any spend online. To redeem the value of the card, enter the code written on the card at the checkout or add it to your account and future purchases can be redeemed from the balance on your account.
If the value of your purchase is less than the amount on the e-gift card, this will be deducted and the remaining balance will be available to use for future purchases. If the value of your purchase is more than the amount on your card, you can pay the remaining balance with another payment method.

E-gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash
Buying an e-gift card
- You can purchase e-gift cards online via our website fightshopdirect.co.uk
- The minimum amount that can be loaded onto an e-gift card is £10 and the maximum amount is £250.
- Your e-gift card can be used by you or given as a gift.
- E-gift cards cannot be purchased using Clearpay or Klarna.
- An order confirmation email will be sent to the purchaser following purchase of an e-gift card.
How do I use my e-gift card?
- You can check your remaining balance via fightshopdirect.co.uk by logging into your account.
- E-gift cards will expire 24 months from the date of purchase. If not used within this time, please contact us at least a month before it expires and we can extend the gift card for another 24 months.
- We will not be responsible if your e-gift card is lost or stolen.
- E-gift cards are valid online at fightshopdirect.co.uk
- The value of your purchase(s) will be deducted from the balance on your e-gift card; any remaining balance can be used against future purchases.
Returning an item purchased with an e-gift card
- If you purchase goods online (in full) using an e-gift card, after your item has been returned via post, your refund will be credited to a new e-gift card and not by any other means, including cash or bank transfers. See our Returns Policy for more information on returns.
- If you purchase goods online in excess of the value of the e-gift card and pay (in part) using an e-gift card and pay the extra (in part) using another payment method, then after your item has been returned via post, the amount you paid via the e-gift card will be credited to a new e-gift card and not by any other means, including cash or bank transfers. The amount you paid using another payment method will be credited using that same payment method.
E-gift card exclusions
- E-gift cards are not a cheque guarantee or a credit card. e-gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. e-gift cards cannot be re-sold. Fight Shop Direct cannot be held liable for lost or stolen e-gift cards.
- E-gift cards are not for re-sale and cannot be exchanged for cash. You cannot use Klarna, ClearPay, Paypal Credit to purchase an e-gift card.
- Fight Shop Direct reserves the right to amend, waive or add any further terms and conditions necessary due to legal, security or regulatory reasons. Notice of any changes to those terms and conditions will be displayed on our website fightshopdirect.co.uk.
- Fight Shop Direct reserves the right to refuse redemption of an e-gift card where we reasonably believe that the e-gift card has been altered, copied, corrupted or otherwise used in any fraudulent way
